HCGA was founded by Revin Rajen who has an extensive background in corporate culture transformation and business competencies training.
Many internationally recognised subject matter experts came together and created HCGA over 12 years ago because they recognised that their individual fields of expertise were evolving in unpredictable ways and that the solutions that they were providing to their clients, both in consulting and in training were no longer as effective as they desired. Also, they were very keen to make use of the emerging tools and techniques to create better approaches and results.
