Case study on Team Engagement
HCGA worked with an international investment bank across Asia Pacific to form and coach six high performance teams. Each teams consisted of 12 high potential managers from 10 countries across the regions. Each team was assigned a strategic project by business unit leaders to be developed and delivered over an 8 week period.
At the end of the project, the teams presented to their respective project sponsors and the company board. The results for each team surpassed the objectives of each of the sponsors.
